By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
To access certain features of the App, such as match logging and AI coaching, you must create a user profile. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Lobbed offers subscription plans (e.g., Club Coach, Premier Coach) that unlock additional AI coaching and history storage limits. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Payments are handled via Google Play Billing. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store account settings.
The coaching advice, statistics, and game analysis provided by the App's AI systems are for recreational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional human instruction or physical training. You assume all responsibility for any physical activity, training, or matches you play.
You agree not to abuse the App's services, attempt to reverse engineer the code, bypass subscription limits, or upload harmful/offensive content in chats or match summaries.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms our platform or other users.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
