We collect information you provide directly to us when you use our app, such as:

• Account Information: Name, nickname, email address, age, and padel level.
• Profile Data: Play style, strengths, weaknesses, goals, and match history to provide personalized AI coaching.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the app, features you use, and time spent on the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
• Generate personalized AI coaching feedback and analyze match data.
• Manage your account and subscription tier.
• Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests.

3. Data Storage, Retention, and Deletion

We use industry-standard security measures, including Google Firebase, to store and protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention: We store and retain your personal data (including account credentials, profile details, match history, and AI coaching sessions) only for as long as your account remains active. If your account remains inactive (i.e., you do not log in or use the app) for a continuous period of 24 months, your account and all associated personal data will be automatically and permanently deleted from our databases.

Data Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. You can have your data deleted by:

• Visiting our dedicated Account Deletion Request Page and submitting a deletion request.
• Sending an email directly to info@lobbed.studio from your registered email address with the subject "Account Deletion Request".

Upon receipt of a deletion request, we will permanently purge all your personal profile information, match history, and AI coach dialogs from our databases within 30 days. Active premium subscriptions must be cancelled manually by you through the Google Play Store settings to prevent auto-renewals.

4. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party service providers (such as OpenAI for AI coaching and Firebase for authentication/database) that may collect, process, and store your data according to their respective privacy policies.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
